Event Portfolio: Ace Train Event

ACE-5 (2)

A warehouse may not appear like the ideal place for a business get-together, but with a touch of love and class, an ordinary warehouse can change to a remarkable festive occasion. The Ace Train event is the perfect marriage of industry and elegance. The magnitude of the venue was perfect for not only entertaining a large amount of guests, but for displaying the driving force of their company; the mighty train.

Black, Amethyst, and Regal Purple  round linens (120″) cover the  round tables (120″), and  standing cocktail tables (36″). The purple colors work harmoniously with the red-yellow glow of the lighting fixtures, as well as the orange columns and golden trains. Black resin chairs ring the tables allowing guests to chat and comfortably mingle with each other, and take in the grandeur of the event.

Choosing a Tent

Choosing the right tent size for an event can be pretty tricky. There are multiple things to consider when choosing the right tent. We offer 8 different tent sizes, 10×10, 10×20, 20×20, 20×40, 40×40, 40×50, 40×60, and 40×70. Some main questions to ask are:

  • How many people are expected?
  • How much space is available?
  • What type of tables and chairs will be used?
  • What will be inside the tent?

You don’t want everything in your tent to look too packed and you also don’t want your guests to feel crowded. Also one has to keep into consideration how much space they have that way they won’t get a bigger tent than the actual setup area. Side walls are optional in all tent sizes in case more coverage is needed. Tent Heaters can also be rented in case the weather is on the chilly side. The most important thing when having a party or event is that you want your guests to feel comfortable! Seeing them happy and enjoying themselves will make you happy as well.

Event Portfolio: Birthday

Do you want to throw an extravagant party? Want your guests to be amazed? This birthday event changed a whole room into a fun social experience. The simplicity of a neutral color palette goes a long way. Adding pops of color with floral arrangements enhances the enjoyable mood. Fun spherical light fixtures adds character to this sophisticated event.

Our products enhanced this venue and created a modern look. This contemporary birthday event was transformed with our tables (8′) adorned with chocolate table cloths, ivory napkins, and custom made elegant ivory rosette table runners. Gold chiavari chairs with ivory cushions were used to match with the luxurious gold chargers underneath the Bavarian Baroque dinner plates (10″). Fancy Marquette flatware and sheer rim water goblets enhanced the charming mood and atmosphere around the room. This celebration was one of kind and a night no one would forget!
